What: 10 weekly 2-hour Group Coaching Sessions
When: Wednesdays 4-6pm PST / 6-8 pm CST / 7-9pm EST (begins 2/5/25 or after if group is not filled by 2/5/25)

Why: Racial Battle Fatigue and Institutional Betrayal from DEI Backlash cause physical and mental health injuries and damage careers. This group shares research about racial trauma, the neuroscience of trauma healing, employee self-defense strategies, warning signs to avoid toxic jobs while on the job market, and information about the mechanisms of workplace abuse, bullying, and mobbing that are often used to force DEI leaders out of the company. In addition to didactic presentations sumarizing the research literature, participants will also practice somatic exercises to settle the nervous system, and engage in small group discussions with other DEI Backlash Survivors.

Such determination as to whether any such conduct or behavior will result in refusal of the services shall be determined by Heliana Ramirez in her sole discretion.
Racism, sexism, anti-LGBT bias, and stigma will not be tolerated. Participants who make discriminatory comments or engage in any disruptive behavior or conduct, as determined in Heliana Ramirez's sole discretion, will be immediately removed from the group and prohibited from attending future groups. A refund of unused sessions will be returned within 10 business days of such removal.
